Update to Letter of Engagement & Privacy Policy
Dear Customer,

RD Motors have updated our Privacy Policy in line with the new data protection laws under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will take effect on 25 May 2018.

• The information we collect and process is required for us to be able to invoice out the work we do.

• We do not sell your personal data.

• We do not share your personal data with any third parties.

• We may share your personal data with our card payment services provider to enable us to take payment from you by debit or credit card. We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary.
• We will only use your home or email address for MOT reminders and relevant communication from RD Motors.

The updates to the Privacy Policy will take effect on 25 May 2018. If you continue to use our services on or after 25 May 2018, you are agreeing to the updated Privacy Policy.
